On my PayPal credit screen where it says promotional offers it used to say I had so much money left to pay before a date but now it has frozen so I don't know which item iv paid off as its always on display saying iv not paid it etc the amount at the top changers but not what I owe etc can someone help with this please cheers

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
