I make a payment to my paypal credit account on March 16 and It shows on my summary as a payment from paypal to paypal? The payment has not been asked for from my bank and March 19 I was told by paypal customer service that the payment has been put on hold by pay pal? I am trying to pay paypal back some of the money I have borrowed from them and they decide to block my payment till they want to recieve it?
