I have a problem when I use my paypal debit business card at store I frequent, the owner says the ATM reader machine gives them a message asking if the purchase is tax exempt every time and they said the transaction will not go through unless they select YES which is obviously the wrong selection and it was recently brought to my attention that apparently they have been clicking yes for YEARS and do not feel comfortable doing so anymore, I'm unsure how else to fix this problem other than getting a Paypal Cash card but I find no option to do so any other suggestions?
