PayPal.Me "We're having a problem creating your profile right now. Let's try that again"

When I try to create a profile for PayPal.Me it only keeps telling me that "We're having a problem creating your profile right now. Let's try that again" what do I do?

I am having this same problem.
I have tried in a new browser, and still get the error.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
