PayPal Credit has disappeared from my dashboard.

Good day!

I have PayPal Credit open on my account 1.5 years ago. I logged in today and cannot see PayPal Credit in my dashboard any more. It has simply disappeared. I have not received any notifications that it was withdrawn, cancelled, or that my account was penalised in any way.

I am in the UK.

Could anybody help my out? Many thanks!

P.S. I checked 2 browsers: Firefox on Ubuntu 20.04 and Chrome on Android. Cannot see PayPal Credit on either.

Thanks for your reply. I just accessed my PayPal account again and can see PayPal Credit now. Hopefully, it was some web site update or maintenance. Hope yours is now back, too.

I had this problem too and I eventually found it again by finding an email reminder and clicking on the make payment link in the email from my phone. Hope this helps
