Pay in 4 Still Pending a Month after Cancelling

So, back in February, I set up a Pay in 4 for something I was ordering online. However, I ended up canceling it while the transaction was still pending and went with something else. But despite it being cancelled, it still shows that there is a pending Pay in 4. And when I check on the status it says it’s been canceled. How do I clear this canceled Pay in 4 that I canceled, was confirmed to be canceled, but still says it’s pending after almost a month?

see you issues an it is extremly similar to mine im doing business with my account an sent a payment to a client who didnt even recieve it an only wanted it to be cancelled  then resent because i love the platform i recommend it to almost everyone i know i would hate for this to be the issues that makes us both leave paypal
