I went to order an item on the pay in 3 payment method on paypal however i then changed my mind and didnt bother. Paypal have took the first payment from my bank account. It shows in my paypal the transaction is pending but i have no email from paypal saying they took the money. Anyone had this issue and know how to solve it?

I do understand your concern with this. If you did not complete the order, it sounds like this is just an authorization (pending) charge on your bank account. This is just a temporary charge. As you did not complete the order, the authorization should be removed from your bank account within 72 hours. For more information please click here.
