Money still depending but yet the buyer insist of receiving the item

Hello, i have an issue, what does the item got to do with the money been send between the seller and the buyer, because the buyer insist of receiving the item and say that if i do not ship the item than PayPal wont send the money from his account to my PayPal acc

Sometimes, a payment may be subject to a PayPal hold for 21 days but you have to have received the payment first so check your account for record of payment. Then you have to ship while it’s on hold provide tracking number in the PayPal transaction and upon one day after delivery, PayPal releases the money.

If the buyer is saying to ship now and you see no money or record of payment in your account, then the buyer tricking you into shipping goods without paying you.
