Missed payment email

I received an e-mail saying I missed a credit payment on January 16th, but my activity log shows the payment was made and the money has left my bank account. The only thing I can think of is the payment was scheduled on the 16th via direct debit, but wasn't processed until the 19th. Does anyone know if this is the case?
