Is there a "Donations" feature with the non-Business account type?

I recently came across a blog on Medium regarding the "Donations" feature in PayPal that users can use to ask for donations online. But upon checking, I could not seem to find the same feature with my account. Even the link that directly points to it is not working. Is it even accessible still in 2023 or is it something exclusive to a Business type account?
