We appreciate your interest in PayPal debit card. To apply for a PayPal Debit Card, you need to have a PayPal Balance account with no open issues in the Resolution Center. More information about PayPal debit card can be found here.
@CCC127 If your PayPal Debit Card is stolen, you can report it to us immediately, we’ll permanently close it and send you a replacement card. Here's how to report your PayPal Debit Card as lost, stolen, or damaged:
Go to your Dashboard and click PayPal Debit Card .
Click Manage Card.
Click Replace lost, stolen, or damaged card.
Your replacement PayPal Debit card will be automatically sent to your confirmed address in a PayPal branded envelope.
