I have a digital paypal gift card with a code (16 symbols numbers and letters). I have no idea where I can redeem it can anyone help please.

Have you tried entering the code into the gift card/voucher field when you checkout where it’s available, of course.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
