Change tax rates for all products in zettle inventory at once for traveling to different counties

I have quite a few items in my product library. When I set them up, I was about to do a craft show in Jackson County, so I set all items to add Jackson County sales tax. I'm about to do a craft show in Gwinnett County and need to change the sales tax. I see where you can create default tax rates but as far as I can tell, all that does is change what tax rate NEW products have prefilled in the tax section. I need to change the tax rate for all products already in my library without having to edit & scroll down on each individual item. How do I do this? Thanks!

I just posted a very similar question. I am guessing since yours has gotten no answers yet that this isn't possible, which really stinks because i not only do different countries, but didn't states as well
