Cannot see PayPal Rewards Card in Account

I applied and got my PayPal Rewards Card over a month ago but cannot see it in my account.
Meaning, I cannot see the card balance or any transactions that have occurred on the card.
I can though, see it in my Wallet and its points balance, but nothing more and that isn't helpful at all.
I've tried getting in touch with PayPal support and CitiBank's support (as they are the bank that provides the card) and neither are able to resolve this issue. Both ask me to go to the other side for help 😕
It doesn't help that what PayPal recommends is starting a chat through the non-existent Rewards Card on my account so I don't even know if I am getting to the right support staff.
Has anyone had this issue and had any success getting their card and transactions to show up on their PayPal account?
