Cancel Virtual Terminal

We no longer need the Virtual Terminal but cant find how to cancel it? we still want to be able to accept online payment from our web site but we dont need anymore the virtual terminal that we mostly used only during kiosk.  Ive tried all menu and verified on google and it seem to by a pain in the a.... to do. Its seem that Paypal have a lack of integrity on this one this is not normal coming from such a big company, look like that im not the only one with that problem with all the post on that but look like no one have the answer..... Good one Paypal....

Are you being charged for it?  Why do you need to "cancel" it?  Just don't use it..??

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to cancel PayPal's Virtual Terminal. I will include steps on how to do this below. 

To cancel Virtual Terminal please follow these steps:

1. Go to your Account Settings.
2. On the left side of the page, click Money, banks and cards.
3. Under Manage next to 'Monthly account billing'.
4. Click Cancel Billing.

Have tried to follow Rebeccas instructions here to cancel payment/pro/virtual terminal but under the money, bank, cards tab there is no monthly account billing/manage option on my particular paypal. Has anyone actually managed to cancel theirs?!
