I don't have the stand for the card reader. I want to keep the card reader plugged in (charging) while I'm using it to accept payments. Can I do that without the stand, or do I need the stand in order to use the card reader while it's charging?
Hello, @ccbrevard. In general, you should be able to accept payments while the card reader is plugged in (charging) without using a stand. If that doesn't work, please refer to the troubleshooting guide at https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq4549.
