Can I create a second PayPal Giving Fund account if our non-profit already has a PayPal account?

The non-profit already has a PayPal account but it is not a charity one.  We use it for transactions, collecting money for non-charities, etc.  One account will be just for the charity while another will be for paying vendors and other transactions.  If we cannot link them, can we make a second charity account using the same non-profit EIN?  Thank you.
