We're using a PayPal button that's simply a link to https://paypal.me/ourname. I understand there's a way to prompt the payer to cover PayPal's fees. I'm guessing I'll have to go to a more "sophisticated" way of prompting for donations? Can someone point me in the right direction?

You’ll encounter a way to select this ability in section 4 for PayPal Donate button or section 2 when creating a fundraiser campaign.
The option is not available for PayPal me links. Can only set amount and currency type:
For example, use PayPal.Me/DiaRusso/25 to request 25.00 USD. The request will be made in your default currency, which you can change at any time in your PayPal Account settings .
You can request a specific currency by adding its code to the amount. To ask for Australian Dollars, for example, you would use PayPal.Me/DiaRusso/25AUD.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
