Airbnb doesn't allow Paypal Credit for checkout

Basically I need to book in Airbnb. However, Airbnb doesn't allow debit card (Maestro - Bancontact) as payment method.

I've created Paypal account and tried with Paypal but I realized that Airbnb also doesn't allow Paypal Credit for checkout but only cards linked to Paypal account. I see there's no value for me to create Paypal account if I cannot use Paypal credits for my needs.

Suggestions:

- Agree with Airbnb for accepting Paypal credits as payment method.

- Allow Maestro - Bancontact for linking a card to the Paypal account.

Thank you for posting in the PayPal Community. 

I understand you are disappointed that PayPal Credit is not an option with AirB&B. PayPal Credit is available to use at thousands of stores online where PayPal is accepted. Transactions can be made in all currencies that PayPal supports, not just GBP.  We also offer instalment offers at select merchants.
