I have a refund and I can see it in paypal, but is not in my paypal account and is not in my bank neither. So what can I do?
Somebody has a phone to call Pay pal for ask help.
If I do a new shopping they don't get the money from there, they do a new charge in my account and is not fair, because I have there money that is mine and I cannot use for nothing. So is like paypal freeze my money
If you DIDN'T fund your initial payment from your Paypal balance but funded it from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days although its normally much quicker than that, country dependent.
