I have a Canadian account and am currently living in America for school. I am attempting to buy an item from Carhartt but when I click the pay pal button to proceed to the check out, a prompt pops up saying "We're sorry, there was an issue opting you into PayPal." In have contacted the Carhartt team and they are saying it is a paypal problem. is there any way I can fix this?
