paypal pre-approved payment for gcash is pending.

hello, pls help me fixed this issue. i was about to cash in my paypal balance to gcash but it always says that "paypal pre-approved payment for gcash is pending.:" i tried to go to my pre-approved payment setting but it shows like this. i cannot find how to delete it.

I tried to cash in to gcash since Friday but until now it says my pre approved payment is pending. It's been 3 days already. What should I do? Pls help. I've been using PayPal to gcash cash in for a yr now. It's my first time to experience this.

Hi @AnneFernandez 

1. Click the gear icon on the paypal home page after logging in 
2. Select the 'Payments' tab, and then click on 'Manage Automatic Payments'.
3. Then click 'manage automatic Payments' on the bottom left as shown in the screenshot below. 



4. Then click on 'preapproved payment plans' as shown on the screenshot below. 

From there, you'll see a list of your preapproved payment plans. Click onto any one of them, and you'll see the option to 'Cancel' 🙂 

You can then head over to your GCash app again to try re-linking.
