impossible to cancel an unclaimed payment

they say there should be a buttonm you click on it and then they ask if you want to confirm, but no button there.

you try to select the transaction in the resolution center but it says: 

please paypal help

If there is no cancel button, the money will automatically be refunded after 30 days if still unclaimed.

 ok will let you know. I wonder why thats written nowhere... seems reasonable so why not being transparent about it!
