i dont receive my money from adfly due to problem of paypal

team paypal,
my withdrawal amount reach adfly link shortener web site but in every 1st date of month amount is automatically refused to accept payment through paypal

and from adfly support said to me

This error message means "Transaction declined". We do not have any more details.

Please contact PayPal support as they can provide more details about this refused payment.
