how does this work when you play a game that says it puts it on your paypal

I like playing games that do you get paid and they sent it to your Paypal account!!But with me when I select how much I want sent to my PayPal the money don't show up in my PayPal and I put the right email address.. Can somebody explain to me how can I get my money to actually go in my PayPal account?Can somebody please help me
