It does not allow me to do the transaction as it is fine until it gives me an OTP and When I enter the OTP it takes me back to the store page it says We cant charge your Paypal try contacting Paypal Customer Service. I have checked my Debit Card is enable to do International Transactions and have checked in the bank too that it is ready to make international transactions...
PL. HELP IT IS VERY ANNOYING TO GET THAT MESSAGE AGAIN AND AGAIN
