We tried to send funds from a Paypal account to another person. It does not give us an option to use Paypal it takes straight from out bank account that is linked to the paypal account. I have contacted customer service by messaging since you can not call them and they are asking me to use another form of payment... we have no other. When we put in (Example) 1.50 to send to my niece it says this funds will come from the bank account. I click on change and it doesn't give us a option to change. I have been messaging customer serve for 3 days with no solution. Anyone having this problem??
