I'm only asking here because I can't find a straight answer anywhere else. Why do some sites where you can pay using PayPal refuse to use a linked bank account and instead urge you to add a credit or debit card? I don't have a credit or debit card, but I still want to buy things, and for some reason these sites don't let me use my bank account to make a purchase. I don't even want a fix, I just want to know why.
