I’m so stressed! I booked two Air BnBs using PayPal to pay the deposit. The money exited by bank account. Then, I had to cancel them. AirBnB said they refunded my deposit to my AirBnB account. Not only do I not see any refunds in my PayPal account, they aren’t even listed as payments at all in my PayPal account. But I can see them as having left my bank account to PayPal. It’s a lot of money and I am struggling to get anyone at PayPal to talk to me. What can I do? Will I ever gehave the money back? I didn’t know PayPal was so risky to use as a payment method. I thought they would have good customer service.
