Valid Email Address from Paypal?

I got an email from paypalpaymentacreditationunit AT yahoo.com.

I was wondering if this was a valid email address from your company. The information was sent in a very questionable manner. I was wondering if it was possible that you could see is this is from this company. Thanks.

Is it any of these scams?

Are they telling you to send an item and provide tracking BEFORE the funds show in your balance?

Or you have to pay a courier or shipping agent BEFORE you get the funds released?

OR you have to provide some tokens or vouchers to validate your account before the payment is released?

Are they telling you that paypal are holding the funds in some sort of escrow account?
