Trying to change my preferred payment to a new CC, but list not coming up??

I added a new CC and deleted the old one.  When I try to make the new CC m preferred payment method, it does not show me a list to choose from.  Does anyone know why or another way to change your preferred payment method??

Did you confirm the new c.c. with the 4 digit code sent to your card statement?

@kernowlass It doesn't give me a link to confirm the card.  I'm going to try to attach a screen shot of what happens when I try to choose a preferred payment.  It doesn't show me a list to choose from.  It should show bank acct and CC, correct?
