Yesterday 11th november.
I tried to pay my shopify subscription.
But it did not work.
The money on my PayPal has been withdrawed and sent to Shopify. It says succesfull transaction but Shopify told me that is was declined and that I had to contact PayPal. Please help me out.
I still have the same issue, I contacted Shopify and they were really helpful. They said it was a problem from PayPal's end. Now PayPal "LiMiTeD CuStOmEr SeRvIcE StAfFiNg DuE tO CoRoNaViRuS".
Anyways, did you solve your problem?
