Hello, I am a dutchman and I activated last week that you can get your return money back up to and including €30, but when I try to request it back at the desired transaction I don't see the button to request it anywhere. The purchase is already more than 14 days ago but then I had not yet received the package. The order was at BOOHOO in the UK.
It may be that sometimes you have to activate it before you make the transactions BUT click on the transaction and see if the return shipping option is at the bottom of that details page?
Have you opened a dispute for non receipt of item and won that dispute?
