Recently I paid someone for a service, but the money was stuck on "Hold" for multiple days. Since both of us were urgent, we decided to refund the money and pay via another way. While refunding it, the money was not received in my PayPal balance, nor my credit card app history.
Just wondering how can this be fixed or do we need to just wait for it.
