Refund still pending after so many days

I am still seeing this message about my refund status

Your refund is pending because the sender issued the refund using an eCheck, which hasn't cleared their bank account yet. The refund will likely be processed by 6 May 2020.

Don't know how to progress this issue no contact number for PayPal.
