Has anyone encountered this? I paid for some online goods by Razer Gold but it was unsuccessful and it charged me for it. I got a notification from PayPal (the bell icon) that there's a preauthorized payment made.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
