Pending....

I sent money on friends and family,   was pulled 5 - 6 days ago from my account.     Still shows pending. Recipient says he has seen nothing.  Is it something i can fix or my recipient??

Pending on both paypal accounts?

As far as i know its only pending on my paypal account.   They fella im sending it to is quite the elderly man and is fairly confused.

Does it say pending / unclaimed and if so is there a cancel option?

Or is there a date of clearance when you click on it?

just says pending  "Bob Smith hasnt accepted yet"

Ive asked him numerous times to check his paypal and accept.  Im hoping this is all it is.

Can someone help me please.   I’m ready to give up on PayPal.    Please.  I’ve been dealing with pending for a week now.
