Hello, okay so i brought some things on target then it doubled the same payment so i got to payments saying -26.53 and i never wanted it to double. Then it got cancelled so it says pending payment. So i been waiting since november 19th for this payment to come to my paypal. I reported it to target and they said to contact paypal and i have and they said to contact target so i don't know what is going on. I just want my money back.
