Paypal randomly transferred 41.62 AUD into my bank account. On my next transaction, it asked for the money back, I obliged and added it to the transaction. Then after 2 days of pending, it took the transaction + the owed money + the owed money again. So now they took double the amount I was trying to pay back. After all of this it still says the payment is pending on Paypal and my balance is still -41.62 AUD. I have tried to contact Paypal and I have had no human responses. What do I do?
When you have a neg balance paypal will tell you to sort it BUT at the same time they try and take the funds themselves, if they are successful AT THE SAME TIME as you have transfered funds to sort it then x2 payments go through.
The first clears the neg balance and the second will be a CREDIT on your paypal balance which you can withdraw to your bank account again if you want to.
