Why does PayPal not show you beforehand exactly what the person will receive when money is sent to them. It is really shady honestly, especially when the fees start changing and more than what you expected gets deducted. Additionally, why is the customer service so bad? This is the one app I ALWAYS have horrible experiences with when it comes to customer service. The 'feedback' option isn't even working. If they are cheaper and better options please let me know.
