I have the Paypal prepaid MasterCard which gives me an assigned account number (routing and account #). I’m able to set up direct deposits with this number. My question is, can I also make payments with this number? I attempted to pay my car pmt (which only accepts account/routing numbers for payments), and it kept getting declined.
The account and routing number issued to you is not a savings or checking account and should only be used for employer and government direct deposits.
