Paypal Payment Email issue - "You have authorized a payment to EBAY"

Starting this year - we have been getting Paypal payment emails with the subject "You have authorized a Payment to Ebay".  The body of the email shows the payment was to EBAY INC ...  shows the date and amount - but NO auction information.  Additionally - when we go to our Paypal account transactions - we only see EBAY Inc as the entity that the payment went to - rather than the name of the person or company who was the Ebay seller of the auction we just paid for??

But we also randomly get Paypal payment emails that show the normal correct Ebay auction payment data we have always received for the past 20 years ... sellers name - auction title - Auction Link and Seller's name.  Those Paypal payment emails usually have the seller's name in the email subject title ... either "Receipt for your Payment" or Receipt for your payment to - "seller's name or company" ??

Additionally ... since we pay all our auction's thru Paypal and use our company credit card - our bank record on shows - EBAY INC - as the charge name for auctions when this issue happens ... instead of the long standing practice of shows - "Paypal - And sellers name".

Since we buy hundreds of auctions per month off Ebay - this has become a nightmare ... trying to search for an auction thru our Paypal payment and there seems to be no way to fix it thru "settings" on our Paypal or Ebay account??

HELP ...

Thanks for reading this long post!
