A buyer sent me email to confirm payment. How do I know if this money has been recieved by PayPal other then the email he sent. Can I check this on my account to see PayPal have recieved his money?

If he paid it would show on your paypal account balance, if not then he either has not paid OR you can't receive paypal payments for some reason.

However as you have not given any details, not even your country then hard to advise other than that.
