I made a payment to the wrong address and it was excepted . How do I get it back

If its marked as payment or sent and its gone through to the other party and NOT unclaimed then email that wrong email address and request that they refund you.

If they refuse then as long as you used the goods / services option you can open a dispute for non receipt of item (as they have nothing to sell you) to try and recoup your funds.
