Payment not received

Recently I created paypal account and submitted all documents. But payments not received. Yesterday one of my client tried to send payment but payment not successfully. So please tell what is problem of my account. I attached one document of client sent error message.

Is your client in India as well? Only you can only accept export related payments in your country.
