I made a payment a couple of hours ago, and paypal is stating the payment has been made but the amount hasn't been debited from my credit card account yet, which is set as my preferred payment method. I thought this transaction would show up straight away on my credit card account. Is it just a delay between the bank and paypal, or could there be an issue with the transaction? I didn't get any warnings or messages from paypal.
