Wondering any setting that allow payment charge through credit card only?
Currently the payment charged all my available Paypal account balance before it charge my credit card for the rest of the total charges.
For instance, total Payment = $50
Available Account Balance = $30
The payment full charge my account ($30) and charge my credit card with the remaining $20. I would like to have the payment to fully charge on my credit card only. 🙂
