I will be headed to Europe in a couple of weeks for a month. I downloaded that country's version of Uber ("Cabify"), which will not accept a U.S.-issued credit card, but will accept PayPal. My question is, do I need to "load" money somewhere in my PayPal account? If so, where (to be sure that Cabify works for me over there, in case I need it)?
I have already linked it to my PayPal account, and so my question is really about whether or not I need to do anything here, from the United States, before I go. Thanks!
