I am trying to send money, and my account states that there is an issue with my PayPal account and to contact PayPal. I have not received an email and it doesnt state on my account that i need to verify my identity, but when I call in they want a copy of my ID and Social Security card? Has this happened to anyone else? I have never experienced a company wanting a copy of ss card to verify my identity.
