PayPal Flex?

I have been given PayPal Flex (new) as a payment option, can someone tell me what it is because i've googled it and cant find any information on what it is.

I had it for the first time last week too but there’s no info on where you can use it etc.  Not even googling gives the info 😫

This came up for me to, so i tried it to see what happens! I'd only spent just over £60, all it did was break my payment into 3 smaller payments. 1st payment a month later and thereafter. PayPal paid the full amount straight away.
